Mr. Desmarais joined the Intrinsic team in June 2019 after receiving his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to receiving his MBA, Mr. Desmarais was an investment associate at Solamere Capital where he performed business, industry and financial diligence. Previously, Mr. Desmarais spent several years at Goldman Sachs where he served as an investment banking analyst, developing detailed financial models and valuation analyses, and conducted industry research for a broad range of corporate finance transactions.
