Sanjay is an International and Corporate Tax Partner and the Office Managing Partner of MGO’s Silicon Valley office. He has over a decade of international and corporate tax experience and is an expert in a number of areas, including international and corporate tax consulting, transfer pricing and M&A transaction advisory services. Sanjay also serves as overall business advisor to his clients which primarily consist of emerging and established technology companies and their founders/investors.

Prior to joining MGO, Sanjay worked with Big Four and major regional firms where he focused on international and corporate tax planning services for multi-national corporations. He has expertise in global supply chain planning, IP strategy, PFIC planning, and foreign tax optimization. He is a proactive advisor who guides companies, both public and privately owned, through highly complex engagements. Sanjay is able to leverage an extensive network of foreign tax consultants to minimize the foreign taxes of his clients while maintaining a positive US tax position.

Sanjay earned his LL.M in Taxation from the New York University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in California.
