For over 20 years, Setti has proven to be an extraordinary entrepreneurial leader across a number of public and private companies and industries. He began his career in banking and quickly worked his way up from retail banking to risk management and finally Investment Banking at one of the top banks in the country where he focused on the burgeoning green energy space. From there, he moved to the Gracious Living Group of Companies where he headed up their corporate development arm and was actively involved in creating new lines of businesses, funding partnership ventures and managing a diverse array of real estate assets. Sett then went on to become the founder of The Gentlemen’s Expo which was an annual consumer event that brought together hundreds of local, national and international brands and celebrities. It attracted over 25,000 annual attendees, won multiple awards for its innovative format and became a destination event for both men and women in November. Setti then went to work for Philip Morris International where he led various strategic initiatives designed to enhance commercialization of novel products for the Canadian market. From there Setti was recruited to join TAAT (TAAT.cn) as their new CEO. Upon joining, TAAT had a market cap of $50mm. Within 7 months of taking the helm, Sett led TAAT to achieve a market cap of $600mm, more than 1,000% increase. While at TAAT, Setti was instrumental in laying the foundations for the company. This included key oversight across product development, procurement, manufacturing, marketing, sponsorship, and sales. Setti was instrumental in bringing international attention to TAAT and was covered in Forbes, Seeking Alpha, Yahoo Finance and Bloomberg.

Setti holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in Math and Physics and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business where he graduated with distinction.
