CEO/Founder

GreenSoul Organics

Taba Moses, founder and CEO of GreenSoul, is a trailblazer in the cannabis industry as the first minority owned business to get a host community agreement (HCA) for cultivation in the state of Massachusetts. Growing up in The Port section of Cambridge, MA, Taba witnessed firsthand the effects of the drug war and mass incarceration. This experience fueled his determination to create change and seize the opportunities in the cannabis industry. Taba’s passion for cannabis cultivation led him to Humboldt County, CA, where he honed his skills and knowledge in the field. With a background in real estate development and entrepreneurship, Taba is now expertly navigating the post-prohibition cannabis landscape. GreenSoul, under Taba’s leadership, has successfully secured two prime retail dispensary locations in the metro Boston area. Taba’s partnership with Richard “Mokey” Harding, president of the GreenSoul Foundation, further demonstrates his commitment to social equity. Together, they are actively working to ensure that social equity policies are effective and provide equitable access to the industry. Taba’s efforts have made significant strides in changing local policies and creating a more inclusive cannabis industry.
