TJ Cole is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development & Investor Relations at Cresco Labs. He leads all corporate development initiatives, responsible for the development of Cresco Labs’ inorganic growth strategy, growth pipeline and coordination of all supporting functional resources throughout the transaction lifecycle from diligence and deal execution through integration. Mr. Cole also leads Investor Relations, managing relationships with investors and analysts, translating the company’s performance and strategic planning into a compelling and differentiated investment thesis for the capital markets, and assisting in the development of the company’s capital agenda.

Mr. Cole joined Cresco Labs from Ernst & Young’s (EY) Transaction Advisory Services

group, where he specialized in the valuation of business enterprises and intangible assets. During his time at EY, he was involved in numerous ‘mega-mergers’ (+$50B) within the Life Sciences industry, leading valuation efforts across multi-year integration and tax restructuring engagements. He also advised within EY’s corporate finance services, providing support and guidance surrounding multi-national corporation’s capital allocation strategy. Prior to EY, Mr. Cole worked in various finance and accounting positions within Ingersoll Rand, including roles within Corporate Development (M&A), Investor Relations and Internal Audit (international and domestic).

Mr. Cole graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Finance degree.
