Barry Bernstein is Managing Director of Technology Services and Product Leader at ViewTrade. Mr. Bernstein is an industry leader with a history of working closely with startups and new product lines. He is a solution-driven, client-focused, innovative and entrepreneurial professional driving ideas and technologies to satisfy product needs and regulatory requirements.
In this role, Mr. Bernstein partners with clients to deliver technology solutions provided by ViewTrade and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Mr. Bernstein is also the firm’s Head of Cybersecurity, acting CISO and leader of the Cyber Security Committee, driving best practices across divisions.
Mr. Bernstein is a seasoned COO and CCO and brings this experience to every ViewTrade client engagement. Prior to ViewTrade, Mr. Bernstein led information technology, operations and finance at Lexit Financial Group, a fintech-brokerage startup that was acquired by Neonet, a public company. At Neonet, a Sweden-based fintech-brokerage firm, Mr. Bernstein held several titles, including President, CCO, COO and Head of Technology for U.S operations. Mr. Bernstein was also a founding member, COO and CCO of a startup fintech-brokerage firm and robo-advisor focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning and predictive analytics.
Mr. Bernstein holds Series 24, 62, 99 and SIE. During his career, Mr. Bernstein was awarded the NJ Biz 50 Fastest Growing Companies Award for Neonet and had the pleasure of ringing the Nasdaq opening bell.
In his free time, Mr. Bernstein enjoys spending time with his family, road and mountain biking, hiking, skiing and frequent visits to the beach and mountains – basically anything outdoors. Mr. Bernstein also volunteers his time coaching amateur sports: baseball, basketball and football.
