Carlos works at The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC), a financial market infrastructure company, as a Director and Sr Principal Engineer in IT (Technology Research and Innovation). His main focus is on new product development in the digital assets space leveraging DLT & Blockchain technology. Before joining DTCC, Carlos worked at ConsenSys, the product software company best known for web3 developer tools like MetaMask and Infura. Carlos joined the blockchain space in late 2014 when he began experimenting with Bitcoin blockchain for version control of documents. Carlos has a Computer Science degree and, a Master and PhD in Innovation.
