Corey B. Davis is a respected executive and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience. He is a Managing Director in the Technology Group at BMO Capital Markets where he leads the Fintech practice for Investment Banking. Previously, he was the Head of Fintech Investment Banking at BTIG, LLC and held positions with increasing responsibility at DLJ and Bank of America Securities. Mr. Davis began his career in the FIG group at JP Morgan in New York. Throughout his career, Mr. Davis has advised on over $50 billion of M&A and capital raising transactions for his clients. Mr. Davis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with distinction from Georgetown University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business. Mr. Davis has public and private company board experience. Corey is an avid golfer and was a distance runner at the Division I level at Georgetown.
