Ed Zaval is Daily Pay’s Chief Customer Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company’s professional services, client success and training, and support operations.  Ed is a career-long services professional and customer advocate, with proven experience and expertise in delivering 24×7 global best-in-class services to clients and consumers alike for the most critical high-availability platforms and applications.

Ed mostly recently served as Senior Vice President Customer Engagement at Skillsoft, where he was responsible for all post-sales customer experience.  His customer advocacy experience spans senior executive roles at telecommunication equipment providers SevOne, Coriant, and Alcatel.  Mr. Zaval holds a BSEE from the University of Massachusetts.
