After Lazard, he worked at Centerview Partners where he focused on advising multinational corporations on mergers & acquisitions as well as activist defense. During his career on Wall Street, Mark advised on over $10 billion of M&A transactions.

In one of Wall Street’s most unique exits, Mark left Centerview to pursue a role on the inaugural season of HBO Max’s franchise dating show, F-BOY Island. After graduating the island, Mark partnered with the anonymous individual behind the well known financial meme Instagram page, Litquidity. While at Litquidity, Mark was instrumental in the growth of the business into new verticals such as podcasts and corporate communications. During his tenure at Litquidity, the duo was instrumental in helping to improve the working conditions of juniors on Wall Street with their compensation reports, industry commentary, and meal stipend increases across Wall Street.

In building off of his prior experience in media and investment banking, Mark launched Bullish Partners in July of 2022, with a roster of multiple publicly traded companies, hedge funds, and others in the financial industry with a vision of entirely changing the art of corporate storytelling.

Mark’s passion and persistence are what have led him to create novel and unique ideas, such as the first ever earnings call on Twitter Spaces for RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK), which was also the most-highly attended and longest earnings call on record.

He holds a BBA from the College of William & Mary (2014), an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (2018), and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law (2018). Mark is a licensed attorney in the State of New York, where he currently resides.

While at the College of William & Mary, Mark was Captain of the Men’s Track & Field team, President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and Director of Steer Clear, the College’s safe-ride program. Additionally, he was instrumental in the reinstatement of the Men’s Track & Field team as well as the six other sports teams that were eliminated in the fall of 2020. He currently serves as a Director of BackTrack, Inc. a non-profit dedicated to the preservation of track & field at the William & Mary and is a member of the finance committee for the College’s athletic department.

Lastly, Mark’s passion for storytelling of all kinds, has led him to be involved in film financing, most recently of The Line (Fall 2022), starring John Malkovich, Denise Richards, Angus Cloud, Lewis Pullman, and Mark, where he plays the role of a college fraternity alumni.

He is passionate about social justice issues, the preservation of track & field at the collegiate level, and Eastern North Carolina barbeque
