Melissa is the Head of Finn, a mobile bank that provides customers with an end-to-end mobile experience – from sign-up, to daily use, to getting help – along with tools for customers to take control of their everyday spending and savings. In this role, she leads the strategy, development and customer experience for the product. Previously, she was a senior strategy executive for Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking segment. In that role, Melissa led the strategy efforts across Chase’s consumer and small business lines of business. Prior to that, Melissa was head of JPMorgan Chase’s capital stress testing team, with responsibility for managing the firm’s Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (“CCAR”) and internal capital adequacy assessment processes. Between 2009 and 2011, Melissa was a senior founding member of Corporate Finance Analytics where she focused on strategic financial initiatives for JPMorgan Chase. Between 2007 and 2009, Melissa was a Vice President on the Manager Due Diligence team within the JPMorgan Private Bank, where she was responsible for the selection of long-only equity managers. Prior to 2007, Melissa worked in JPMorgan Chase Investor Relations, where she was responsible for communicating the firm’s financial performance and strategy to institutional investors and sell-side analysts. Melissa joined the JPMorgan Chase in 2003 in the Finance Associate Program.
Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Melissa worked in the Risk Management & Regulatory Practices group at Ernst & Young.
Melissa holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Melissa resides in Manhattan with her husband, two daughters and dog.
