Milena Kohlhofer is the Director of Blockchain, for Capital Markets at U.S. Bank, the nation’s fifth-largest commercial bank. Her responsibilities include leading the implementation of blockchain technology and advising issuer and investor clients on sustainable blockchain solutions within the capital markets.

Before joining U.S. Bank, Milena was a Senior Vice President at Citi where she implemented multiple blockchain solutions to enhance the capital markets business and evaluated blockchain and digital asset tech startups for strategic partnerships and investment opportunities. Prior to that, she held a number of product management roles within Citi spanning multiple areas of business such as Capital Markets, Private Banking, and Securitized Products.

Milena has 15 years of industry experience touching on multiple facets within the banking industry.
