Monique Le, Managing Director, is Head of iShares Digital Wealth and Individual Investor Business (DW&I). Based in New York, she is responsible for shaping the iShares strategy and execution of commercial priorities in the Digital Wealth channel, managing strategic partnerships, and scaled distribution to individual investors.

With over a decade of experience, she is dedicated to building iShares’ relationship directly with investors, aiming to empower them with the tools, knowledge, and the confidence they need to succeed in the ever-evolving financial landscape.

In her 15+ year tenure at BlackRock, Monique has served in various positions including the Head of iShares Americas Marketing where she led award-winning marketing programs, and as the Head of Latin America Marketing where she played an integral role in the Citibanamex acquisition in Mexico. She currently serves as the Global Co-Chair of the firm’s SOMOS Latinx Employee Network, dedicating her time to community efforts, building allyship and helping individuals advance their careers.

Monique earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing and international business from Seton Hall University.

Outside of BlackRock, she loves paintballing, enjoys cooking for family and friends, and is an avid traveler. She is a long-time resident of Jersey City where she resides with her son and husband.
