Neel Ray is a Managing Director of Corporate Development and oversees TD Ameritrade’s fintech investment program. Mr. Ray has two decades of  experience in the financial services industry. His career experiences include: investment banking, private equity, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and corporate venture capital. Mr. Ray joined TDA in 2018 and helped to launch the firm’s fintech investment program with an objective of advancing the company’s strategic interest through business agreements and equity investment. TDA’s fintech portfolio includes investments across a number of industry verticals, including: cryptocurrencies, public and private market exchanges, artificial intelligence and digitalization of enterprise content. Mr. Ray holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
