Shlomo Lang is Managing Director in CohnReznick’s Valuation Advisory Services practice. He has more than 22 years of experience providing a broad range of valuation and financial advisory services to public and private enterprises worldwide.

Shlomo’s extensive experience in complex valuation matters encompasses a diverse range of industries. He assists clients with valuations of businesses and business interests, intangible assets, and liabilities for various purposes, including financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, transactions, restructuring, dispute resolution, and other corporate and litigation related matters.

Over the course of his career, Shlomo held various financial consulting and valuation roles with top tier U.S. accounting firms and leading financial advisory firms. He also acted as Chief Financial Officer of a global animation company. Early in his career, Shlomo served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Shlomo previously served on the Financial Reporting Executive Committee (FinREC) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and was also a committee member of the Forensic and Valuation Services (FVS) Executive Committee of the AICPA.
