Prior to establishing Wilshire Phoenix, Bill was with BNY Mellon for 10+ years in numerous roles across several global teams, most recently as Vice President of Dealing and Trading. Throughout Bill’s tenure, he managed a credit risk portfolio of over $10Bn and led in the closing of 100+ corporate deals (structured credit, derivatives, restructurings). Bill also managed teams, oversaw projects, and led bank-wide initiatives.

Additionally, Bill proudly serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) and as a Director for the Hedge Fund Association (HFA).
