Zach Hascoe is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Say Technologies. Say is a technology platform for shareholder voting and communications, giving shareholders and public companies better ways to engage with each other and paving the way for a more transparent and democratic financial system.

Say started by reimagining proxy voting from the ground up with products that give millions of people seamless access to their vote, and then redefined shareholder engagement with products like Say’s Shareholder Q&A and Messages, which gives retail investors unprecedented access to company management and provides companies tools to better understand retail investor sentiment at scale.

In 2021, Say was acquired by Robinhood Markets and continues to operate independently serving broker-dealers and public companies across the marketplace.

Prior to Say, Zach led Capital Markets for WisdomTree Asset Management, a leading ETF Issuer with over $90B in assets under management.

Zach holds a degree in Political Science from Bucknell University.
