Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. (OTCQB:CCWOF) (TSXV:CCW) -- a dual-focus green extractive technology leader and highly successful silver-cobalt explorer -- has developed the proprietary, closed-loop Re-2Ox hydrometallurgical process for extracting battery metals from mining ores, old tailings piles and recycled batteries without any discharge or smelting involved. Re-2Ox has also been used to produce cobalt sulphate, an important ingredient in EV batteries.

A pilot plant is currently in the design-construction phase and the process is also being tested for battery recycling and rare earths. In addition, CCW has unexpectedly discovered an extraordinary high-grade silver-cobalt deposit (highest grades in the world) in Canada's Silver-Cobalt Heartland and is actively exploring to determine the full size of this rich deposit as well as working to put an adjacent past-producing silver-cobalt mine into production.
