Novo Integrated Sciences is a U.S. based parent company, publicly-traded on the Nasdaq Capital Markets (Nasdaq:NVOS), with both U.S. and Canadian based wholly owned subsidiaries. Currently, the Company’s revenue is generated solely by services and products provided by NHL’s team of multidisciplinary primary care clinicians and practitioners in Canada.

Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on November 27, 2000, under the name Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. for the purpose of developing and commercializing alternative energy related products. On February 20, 2008, the Company was re-domiciled to the State of Nevada. On May 9, 2017, the Company acquired Novo Healthnet Limited. Effective July 12, 2017, the Company’s name was changed to Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc.
