Private education stock Apollo Group APOL is heavily traded by hedge funds, and as a result the moves in the name can be fast and volatile. Year-to-date, APOL has been crushed, falling nearly 30% in 2010. The stock may have found a bottom, however, and has been moving higher since mid-August. During today's trading session, APOL has jumped 3.26% to $42.71. Volume has been heavier than normal.
