As another 4/20 passes, peruse this list of stores that celebrated cannabis this week with new storefronts.

Manhattan Welcomes Another Licensed Dispensary

Kicking off with New York City, which saw another recreational cannabis store opening its doors for customers this week with the support of the New York Social Equity Cannabis Investment Fund.

Dazed Cannabis Dispensary launched marijuana sales near Manhattan's Union Square on Wednesday. It's the eighth dispensary selling recreational marijuana to open statewide and the fifth in the Big Apple.

"This is big for New York," shop owner and East Harlem native Keshawn Warner. "This is a new industry that we're bringing to New York. I'm happy. I'm proud to be one of the people who can be a part of this program. Let's go, New York."

High Tide Opens Another Canna Cabana Store

Canadian cannabis giant High Tide Inc. HITI HITI 2LYA launched yet another Canna Cabana store, the company's 152nd location in Canada, in Edmonton, Alberta. 

It's the company's 76th store in the province.

"Alberta has our largest bricks-and-mortar retail footprint, and our Canna Cabana stores in the province generate more than twice the revenue as the provincial average," High Tide CEO Raj Grover said.

Columbia Care Celebrates 4/20 With New Store

Columbia Care Inc. CCHW CCHW CCHWF has opened its ninth of twelve planned dispensaries in Virginia.

Cannabist Norfolk, at 7635 Granby Street, now serves registered medical patients. This is the fifth Columbia Care retail location to open in Old Dominion within the past six months.

"We are committed to opening all 12 of our retail doors in Virginia to accommodate the expanding patient base, which stands at more than 55,000 and counting," Jesse Channon, the company's chief growth officer, said.

Sunburn Hits Milestone With 10th Store In Key West

Florida-based Sunburn Cannabis launched Key West Sunburn Cannabis dispensary recently, its tenth retail location in the Sunshine State.

"Sunburn is a brand inspired by Florida's rich cannabis history, and we are proud to pay homage to the legacy left by pioneers like my father, whose journey in cannabis started in Key West, by providing high-quality products crafted by Floridians, for Floridians," Brady Cobb, CEO and founder of Sunburn Cannabis, said.

In addition to the new retail location at 130 Duval St in Key West, Sunburn Cannabis has launched two new products, Piattella Aged Water Hash and Live Rosin Nectar.
