Jesse Slome is a nationally recognized expert in long-term care insurance, medicare supplement insurance, critical illness insurance and the marketing and sale of insurance and financial products.

In 1998, he founded the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance and still serves as the organization’s director. AALTCI is recognized as one of the nation’s leading advocates for long-term care planning and Jesse oversees all research and marketing initiatives. In 2001, he established National Long Term Care Awareness month and is proudly a recipient of the long-term care insurance industry’s Lifetime Achievement Award (awarded in 2010).

Jesse is also the founder and director of the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance, the National Advisory Center for Short Term Care Information and the American Association for Critical Illness Insurance.

He has authored over 20 consumer and professional guides on the subject of long-term care insurance planning is a frequent guest on television and radio programs as well as at national insurance industry conferences. Six of Jesse’s guides have appeared within issues of Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine.
