Shares of Intapp, Inc. INTA fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after Oppenheimer downgraded the stock from Outperform to Perform.
Intapp shares tumbled 4.5% to $ 34.67 in the pre-market trading session.

- ADC Therapeutics SA ADCT shares fell 5.5% to $3.08 in pre-market trading. Myricx Bio announced the closing of its series A financing raising £90 million ($114 million).
- Stitch Fix, Inc. SFIX declined 5.3% to $3.95 in pre-market trading after gaining over 7% on Friday.
- Amer Sports, Inc. AS shares fell 4.1% to $11.50 in pre-market trading after declining over 4% on Friday.
- XPeng Inc. XPEV shares slipped 3.9% to $7.61 in pre-market trading after falling around 5% on Friday.
- Lufax Holding Ltd LU shares fell 3.4% to $2.85 in pre-market trading.
- ServiceNow, Inc. NOW shares fell 3.2% to $781.00 in pre-market trading. ServiceNow is expected to release financial results for the second quarter, after the closing bell on Wednesday, July 24.
