Rachel Decker, President of Detroit Philanthropy, has dedicated over 20 years to the nonprofit sector as a fundraising executive and philanthropic advisor.

Since founding the organization in 2017, she has consulted extensively across metro Detroit, aiding nonprofits in various fundraising campaigns and helping companies and philanthropists develop impactful charitable strategies.

In 2020, she launched Community Connections: an educational and networking series that has attracted over 2,500 participants.

Rachel actively contributes to the sector through speaking engagements, trainings, and media appearances.
