PsyProtix is a precision psychiatry company focused on developing therapeutics for treatment-resistant depression and other mental health indications. PharmaTher Holdings Ltd. (OTCQB: <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/phrrf#OTCQB">PHRRF</a>) (CSE: PHRM), announced that the FDA has granted orphan drug designation for ketamine in the treatment of complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), a rare chronic pain and inflammatory condition following an injury to a limb.

The Orphan Drug Act grants special status to a drug or biological product to treat a rare disease or condition upon request of a sponsor.

CRPS is known as one of the most painful disorders and the risk of suicide is significantly higher in patients with CRPS with one study demonstrating that 75% of patients had a high risk for suicide, said the company. There is currently no medication approved for the treatment of this condition.

(Nasdaq: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/wuhn#Nasdaq">WUHN</a>) today announced that it will file Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 1, 2011 to extend the filing of the Company's Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010 for up to an additional fifteen calendar days. 

The Company is filing for an extension due to delays in compiling the required information for the preparation of the financial statements. The extension grants the Company until April 15, 2011 to file its Form 10-K. Complying with this deadline deems the Form 10-K to be timely filed.

(Nasdaq: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/wuhn#Nasdaq">WUHN</a>) today announced that on January 4, 2011, Wuhan Blower won a bid from the Wuhan Metro Group Co., Ltd. to supply blowers for the subway systems for a contract price of RMB 4.40 million ($0.67 million). The Company believes this initial order opens the door for additional opportunities from Wuhan Metro and is actively bidding for orders.

Wuhan General Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: <a class="ticker" href="/stock/wuhn#NASDAQ">WUHN</a>) today reported revised financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2010. 
For the second quarter ended June 30, 2010, total revenue was $22.7 million, up 32.3% from $17.2 million for the same period last year. Wuhan Blower generated 56.5% of total revenues, compared to 58.9% for the same period last year. Wuhan Generating contributed 42.4% of total revenues, compared to 40.4% for the same period last year. 
Gross profit for the quarter was $4.8 million, up 18.4% from $4.1 million in the second quarter of 2009. Gross margin was 21.3%, down 2.5 percentage points from 23.8% for the same period in 2009. 
Net income for the second quarter of 2010 was $0.7 million, compared with $18,316 for the same period last year.
