Partner Communications Company Ltd. PTNR announces today that the Company has filed today a Shelf Offering Report with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. The company is offering two series of unsecured and non-convertible notes, which will be offered through an expansion of the Company's Series of such Notes.
