Bank of America said that F3Q (June): $1.10, was $1.15; F4Q (Sep): $1.55, was $1.45; F2012: $6.55, was $6.45. “RKT will report earnings on August 5th, with a conference call on August 8th. RKT investors will be leveraged to a multi-year, multi-faceted synergy & improvement story courtesy the SSCC acquisition.” Rock-Tenn closed on Friday at $64.80.
