Next-Gen Mac Mini Speculations: Based on the information provided, industry experts believe the Mac mini could be the first device to utilize the M3 chip. The Mac in question boasts eight CPU cores, consisting of four efficiency cores and four high-performance cores. It also has ten graphics processor cores and an impressive 24 gigabytes of memory. Running on macOS Sonoma 14.1, this machine represents a significant leap in performance for the Mac mini lineup.
Notably, the entry-level M3 chip shares similarities with its predecessor, the M2. Both chips feature eight CPU cores and ten graphics cores.
However, the M3 Pro outshines its forerunner with an enhanced configuration featuring 12 CPU cores and 18 graphics cores. Furthermore, a high-end M3 Max model could offer a mindboggling 14 CPU cores and over 40 graphics cores.
