The semiconductor sector is not that good, and Cramer recommended investors to sell Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. AMD. Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) fell 2.30% today. Cramer thinks that PNC Financial Services PNC has bottomed, and he wants to pull the trigger. He believes that this stock is one of the best in the banking sector, and he wants to own it. PNC Financial Services (PNC) fell 3.55%, and closed at $52.98.
