To ensure service quality, Dell Services will provide around the clock service desk support, utilizing disciplined workflows, automated process tools and industry best practices to increase efficiencies and control costs. Utilizing Dell's managed print solutions, Dell Services will optimize BNSF's large fleet of printers across the enterprise.
