In a report published Friday, Credit Suisse analyst Julie Yates reiterated an Outperform rating on Delta Air Lines DAL, and raised the price target from $56.00 to $63.00.
In the report, Credit Suisse noted, “Following DAL's investor day, our Q4E rises to $0.77 (from $0.71) and our 2015 / 2016 estimates rise to $5.00 / $5.40 from $4.19 / $4.62. Despite the increase, we still see our 2015 estimate as conservative and embed the following key assumptions: $2.52 all-in jet fuel, 2.3% ASM, 0.8% PRASM, 1.2% CASM-ex growth, $1.6B repo (30M shares).”
Delta Air Lines closed on Thursday at $48.33.
