CRT Capital on Monday raised their price target of JetBlue Airways Corporation JBLU from $18 to $22 based on higher 2015 earnings estimates.
Michael Derchin wrote, “We believe that '15 will be a watershed year for JBLU . The airline has been investing in the business for years and we are projecting that in '15 JBLU will earn its cost of capital. EBITDAR margins are forecast to expand 810 basis points to 24.6% from 16.5% in '14 due to fare family initiatives, expansion of mint transcontinental services and maturing developmental routes.
Shares of JetBlue closed Friday at $16.79.
