Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, Inc. IRC announced today that it
facilitated the acquisition of 13 properties purchased in October by
Inland related parties. The acquisitions total more than 1.65 million
square feet across nine states for a total purchase price of more than
$432.2 million. The properties acquired include a student housing
community with 765 beds, six shopping centers and single-tenant retail
stores.
The 13 properties consist of: Arcadia Student Living, a student housing
community at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte that has 205
units with 765 beds sold by Sanctuary Companies; Oquirrh Mountain
Marketplace, a multi-tenant retail center anchored by Sprouts Farmers
Market, located in South Jordan, Utah; The Village at Burlington
