Art Hogan is on CNBC and he is saying that this extension of the Bush tax cuts will bring the retail investors back into the market.
Hogan said that other asset classes are seeing retail investors, such as commodities. Hogan said that individual investors will move into stocks more because they will know the tax rates next year whereas, this was an unknown for next year going into the deal.
