USDA Export Sales; Soybean Futures Little Higher

The USDA reported today that Soybean weekly export sales for the current marketing year for the period ending September 15th totaled 875,700 tonnes. There were sales reductions for 2017-2018 of 6,500 tonnes. Corn sales for the current year were 921,900 tonnes. Wheat sales for the current year totaled 561,200 tonnes. Soymeal sales for the current year totaled 24,600 tonnes. Sales for 2016 to 2017 were 133,400 tonnes. Soybean Oil sales for the current year were a reduction of 11,500 tonnes. November Soybeans are trading at 978 3/4, up 31/4 cents/bushel, December Corn is trading 339 3/4, down 3/4 of a cent/bushel and December Chicago Wheat is trading at 409, up 1 1/4 cents/bushel.
