Jefferies Reports EDF Offers To Acquire EDF Energies Nouvelles

Jefferies has issued a report on EDF's offer to acquire EDF Energies Nouvelles for €40/share. According to the report, “On Friday (8 April), the French utility EDF announced that it was launching an offer to acquire its renewable division EDF Energies Nouvelles. This comes on the back of Iberdrola's recent takeover of its renewable divison, and shows us how in demand renewable assets and pipelines are.”
