Bill Ackman Not Focused On J.C. Penney Real Estate (JCP)

Bill Ackman of Pershing Square Capital is not focused on J.C. Penney's JCP real estate, but rather its operations, reports CNBC's David Faber. Faber said that Ackman's discussions have not been focused on any “quick deal," rather operational improvements for JCP to improve its earnings.
