  • In this context, Latin American ADRs are getting pummeled in the stock market.
  • The Brazilian real fell to a new all-time low on Tuesday, and one U.S. dollar is now worth roughly 4.05 reais. The Sao Paulo Stock Exchange also fell substantially to 45,906.22 Bovespa index points. In this context, Brazilian ADRs (stocks of Brazilian companies traded in U.S. exchanges) are declining considerably, dragging other Latin American ADRs with them.

    Brazilian ADRs

    • Petroleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras (ADR) PBR is one of the biggest losers, down more than 5.5 percent on Tuesday trading. The Class A stock PBR is doing even worse, down more than 6 percent.
    • Vale SA (ADR) VALE is down more than 5.5 percent.
    • Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA (ADR) GOL is down over 11 percent.
    • Banco Bradesco SA (ADR) BBD is down about 1.4 percent.
    • Itau Unibanco Holding SA (ADR) ITUB is down roughly 0.7 percent.
    • Ambev SA (ADR) ABEV is down more than 1.5 percent.
    • Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao-ADR CBD is down over 5.5 percent.
    • Embraer SA (ADR) ERJ is down 0.7 percent.
    • Gerdau SA (ADR) GGB is down over 4 percent.

    Argentine ADRs

    • Ternium SA (ADR) TX is down about 4.5 percent.
    • Petrobras Argentina SA ADR PZE is down almost 5 percent.
    • Tenaris SA (ADR) TS is down almost 1.5 percent.
    • YPF SA (ADR) YPF is down about 3 percent.

    Mexican ADRs

    • America Movil SAB de CV (ADR) AMOV is down about 0.75 percent.
    • Cemex SAB de CV (ADR) CX is down more than 4 percent.
    • Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (ADR) KOF is down almost 2 percent.
    • Grupo Televisa SAB (ADR) TV is down almost 2 percent.
    • Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ADR) ASR is down 1 percent.

    Other Latin American ADRs

    • Compania de Minas Buenaventura SAA (ADR) BVN is down over 7 percent.
    • Vina Concha y Toro SA (ADR) VCO is down almost 2.9 percent.
    • LATAM Airlines Group SA (ADR) LFL is down almost 4 percent.
    • Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile (ADR) SQM is down more than 2.7 percent.
    • Bancolombia SA (ADR) CIB is down over 5.4 percent.
    • Ecopetrol SA (ADR) EC is down around 3.4 percent.
    • Avianca Holdings SA (ADR) AVH is down about 5.4 percent.
