Crude Oil futures are now trading higher by $0.54 at $36.16 in Monday's session. Earlier in the session, it traded down to $34.53, which marks the lowest level for the contract since February 2009.
The ensuing rally has taken the issue back into the $36 handle, but has found resistance in a familiar place. After peaking at $36.84 in Friday's session, today's rally has stalled just ahead of it at $36.70 and retreated to the $36 area.
