SXC Health Solutions Acquires MedfusionRX

SXC Health Solutions Corp. SXCI announced today the completion of the previously disclosed acquisition of MedfusionRx, LLC for a purchase price of $100 million in cash, subject to a customary working capital adjustment, with an additional $5.5 million subject to the achievement of certain performance targets through the 2012 fiscal year.
