CSC Finalizes Acquisiton of Image Solutions

CSC CSC today announced it has closed the acquisition of Image Solutions, Inc. The acquisition supports the CSC Health Care strategic growth plan by expanding the company's presence in the Life Sciences sector. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
