Fidelity to Sell 85% of Personal-Lines Insurance Business

Fidelity National Financial Inc FNF announced its plans to sell majority of its personal-lines insurance business to WT Holdings Inc. Fidelity would sell 85% of it personal-lines business for around $119 million. The deal is expected to close late in the first or early in the second quarter. FNF shares closed at $16.34 yesterday.
