The company entered into a non-binding letter of intent to purchase all its Alaskan operating assets. It named Carl F. Giesler Jr as new CEO. Nova Lifestyle NVFY jumped 10.19% to $5.30 after the company announced a more than 200% rise in online sales for the months of July and August. Tower Group International TWGP surged 7.73% to $2.23 after gaining 7.73% on Friday. ACP Re completed the earlier-announced acquisition of Tower. On Track Innovations OTIV shares rose 12.08% to $4.26 after jumping 15.50% on Friday. ReWalk Robotics RWLK shares gained 36.45% to $34.93 after gaining 113.33% on Friday. ReWalk Robotics priced its IPO of 3 million shares at $12 per share. Molson Coors Brewing Company TAP gained 7.14% to $76.93 on a report that Anheuser-Busch InBev BUD has funding lined up for SABMiller deal. Halozyme Therapeutics HALO shares rose 2.87% to $9.67 following the FDA approval of HYQVIA. Yahoo! YHOO shares rose 1.61% to $43.57 on a report that Alibaba IPO could price as high as $70 per share.
