Alcobra Ltd ADHD shares dropped 14.90 percent to $7.14 after the company reported results from Phase 2 trial of MDX for Fragile X syndrome. The company said study did not meet primary endpoint of change on ADHD RS-IV inattentive subscale. Inphi Corporation IPHI shares slipped 7.24 percent to $24.21. Northland Securities downgraded Inphi from Outperform to Market Perform. Sunedison Semiconductor Ltd SEMI dropped 6.32 percent to $19.70 after the company reported an offering of 15.94 million common shares by selling stockholders. Ets Delhaize Freres et cie le Lion SA DEG shares fell 6.27 percent to $23.01 after Royal Ahold NV agreed to merge with Delhaize Group. Fortinet Inc FTNT shares declined 5.14 percent to $40.99. Baird downgraded Fortinet from Neutral to Underperform.
