IPAS, which gained 5.1 percent. iPass reported the appointment of three new executives. Consumer Services: This industry rose 1.9 percent by 10:30 am ET. The top performer in this industry was Student Transportation Inc STB, which gained 4.1 percent. Student Transportation shares have dropped 32.72 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has surged 7.62 percent in the same period.
