Cherokee Inc. Signs Exclusive License in Mexico for Sideout Brand

Cherokee Inc. CHKE announced today that it has entered into an exclusive license agreement for its SIDEOUT brand with Tiendas Soriana S.A. de C.V. The multi-year agreement covers a wide range of categories including men's, women's and children's clothing, footwear and accessories. Founded in 1968, the company is Mexico's second-largest retailer, with approximately 465 hypermarkets in more than 135 Mexican cities.
