Whiting Petroleum Corp WLL announced a 35 million secondary share offering. Whiting Petroleum shares declined 12.19% to $33.71 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Sonic Corp. SONC to post its Q2 earnings at $0.12 per share on revenue of $123.36 million. Sonic shares rose 0.56% to $35.85 in pre-market trading.
