  • Barracuda Networks Inc CUDA posted stronger-than-expected results for its second quarter on Tuesday. Barracuda reported Q2 EPS of $0.21 and revenue of $87.9 million beat the Street’s consensus by $0.08 and $2.63 million, respectively. Barracuda shares surged 6.82 percent to $24.92 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Blackhawk Network Holdings Inc HAWK reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter, but adjusted operating sales fell short of expectations. Blackhawk shares rose 2.10 percent to $32.60 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Wall Street expects CSX Corporation CSX to post quarterly earnings at $0.45 per share on revenue of $2.70 billion after the closing bell. CSX shares fell 1.17 percent to close at $30.47 on Tuesday.

  • Fortinet Inc FTNT lowered its outlook for the third quarter on Tuesday. Fortinet shares dropped 13.96 percent to $29.33 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Shares of LPL Financial Holdings Inc LPLA gained around 7 percent after a report that the nation's largest independent broker dealer is mulling a possible sale. According to a report from Reuters, LPL is working with Goldman Sachs Group Inc GS in exploring "strategic alternatives" including a possible sale, which has attracted several companies and private equity firms. LPL Financial shares rose 0.27 percent to $33.10 in the after-hours trading session.
