iPad Upgrade in November, iPad 3 in 2012?

Because the first 100 iPad 3 rumors just weren't exciting enough, another one has surfaced. The China Times reports (via Business Insider) that our friendly neighborhood tablet could still receive a new iteration in time for Christmas. More specifically, the device could ship this November – which is earlier than some rumors but later than others suggested. The China Times apparently concurs with the reports that the next iPad won't be an iPad 3; instead, Apple AAPL will release an upgrade of the existing ‘Pad with a superior screen, an enhanced processor, etc. In short, it's Apple's way of ensuring the iPad 2 remains a hot-ticket item going into the holiday shopping season. But wait – that's not all! This rumor also comes chock-full of reports that suggest the iPhone 5 will – gasp – be released in September! Who saw that one coming? Follow me @LouisBedigian
