Why Real Brokerage Shares Are Gaining Today

The Real Brokerage, Inc. REAX shares are rising on Friday after it announced that Qamar Group has joined the company.

Under CEO Rafay Qamar and COO Jana Pierce, the team comprises 36 agents catering to Chicago, suburbs, Michigan, and Wisconsin, The Real Brokerage said in a press release.

Qamar Group has sold more than 1,500 homes valued at $500 million since its founding in 2019.  The team’s partners include Stephen Davis, Edward Henderson and Emma LaCosse, who each generate in excess of $10 million a year in home sales.

The company will release its financial results for the first quarter on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, before the market opens. The analyst consensus for quarterly revenues stands at $165.26 million.

Earlier this month, The Real Brokerage announced that Venture Properties, led by veteran broker Aaron Nelson, has joined Real. The 40-person brokerage is one of the largest brokerages serving Northern California’s Shasta County, and adds to Real’s growing presence in California.

According to Benzinga Pro, REAX stock has gained over 184% in the past year. 

Price Action: REAX shares are trading higher by 3.7% to $3.465 at last check Friday.
